How to Use

Bath Soak

Epsom salt has been traditionally used as a component of bath salts.

Epsom salt also known as Magnesium Sulphate, is a safe, well tolerated naturally occurring chemical that has traditionally been used as a bath additive.

Add 2 cups in a regular sized bath and soak in the salt warm bath for about 15 minutes or up to 1 hour.

Feet Soak

Epsom salt is widely used in spas for pedicure soak for softer skin and better relaxation.

It will also help 

Add 2 cups in about 4 litres (approx a gallon) of warm water and soak feet in it for 20 minutes.

Exfoliate

As our ocean and river water suffers from micro-plastic, you can help save the environment by ditching the microplastic exfoliatants and use the all natural epsom salt.

Mix one cup of epsom salt with your shower gel and gently exfoliate your body and watch the salts dissolve naturally without blocking your drains or polluting the ocean.  Not advised for face exfoliation.
